- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Supporting HR or accounting with admin tasks
- Ability to use office management software (CRM, ERP, or HR systems—optional based on company)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must know Hindi
