We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while also being available for local errands, bank/PRO-related work, and coordination tasks requiring driving.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and greet visitors
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Track office expenses and assist with budgeting or invoicing
  • Assist managers with administrative tasks
  • Relay messages and information accurately
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
  • 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Experience with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools)
  • Proficiency in computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and databases
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic bookkeeping
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields (preferred)
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Valid UAE Driving License
