We are looking for a qualified and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a dynamic and diverse work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This includes providing assistance with appointment scheduling, filing, document preparation, data entry, managing office supplies, and other tasks as needed. Additionally, the Office Administrator will provide support to the executive team by maintaining their calendars and organizing meetings.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheet software), and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not required. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position. The salary offered is 1000 AED/month.
