Office Administrator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Personal Assistant/ Team Administrator position with a well-developed business in Abu Dhabi. As a Personal Assistant/ Group Manager, you will support several senior supervisors with their day-to-day management needs.

Responsibilities
  • Update spreadsheets and databases
  • Reserve visits and prepare travel schedules
  • Establish new documents on the system
  • Manage billings
  • Process expenses
  • Maintain manual and computer-based filing systems
  • Post duties
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Provide management assistance to a team
  • Aid other secretaries when required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or college degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in providing high level secretarial/management assistance to senior management
  • Strong fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Strong background and familiarity with using complex performance in Microsoft applications
  • Willing to be based in and work in Abu Dhabi
