We provide residential and commercial restoration and remediation to properties damaged by water, fire, smoke, and mold. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls & make outbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Make collections calls to insurance companies and homeowners Create invoices and submit to homeowners Create documents and reports to submit to insurance companies Schedule appointment for the field team Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Microsoft Office proficient QuickBooks proficient Schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
