Administration Officer

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Administration Officer to manage daily office operations and support the functioning of ICRG Tax Consultant. The role includes office management, staff coordination, client handling, and basic accounts management.

Key Responsibilities1. Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed on time

2. Staff Coordination

  • Assign daily work to staff members
  • Monitor staff performance and progress
  • Provide support and guidance to ensure quality output

3. Accounts & Payment Handling

  • Manage basic accounts and maintain payment records
  • Collect payments from clients and update the system
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and reconciliation

4. Client Interaction

  • Communicate with clients professionally
  • Handle queries, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Provide support regarding services offered by the firm

5. Reporting & Review

  • Review staff work, files, and documents
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
  • Assist in improving process flow and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office ,Excel and basic computer operations
