LexGo Rentals is a rapidly growing RV rental and service company seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to manage daily operations, coordinate teams, and support both office and field activities. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibility and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office and operational activities
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with drivers, cleaners, and RV technicians
- Manage client accounts using Excel and Google Docs (required daily)
- Track rentals, deliveries, cleanings, and repairs accurately
- Handle inbound calls, customer inquiries, and service coordination
- Dispatch teams and adjust schedules as needed
- Answer and manage after-hours calls when required
- Organize and maintain laundry operations while in the office, ensuring linens and supplies are prepared and stored for future rentals
- Assist with RV deliveries, preparation, cleaning, and setup on select days
- Participate in RV sales and customer conversions, earning commission on completed sales
- Support ownership with administrative and operational tasks
Schedule
- Primarily weekday hours
- Some evenings and weekends required
- On-call responsibilities are part of this role
A company phone will be provided and must be answered after hours when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs (required)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
- Professional communication and phone etiquette
- Office management, dispatch, operations, or logistics experience preferred
- RV, rental, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
