We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Administrative Officer to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will support management, coordinate internal processes, and maintain efficient office systems. An experience of minimum 1 year is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Assist management with reports, data entry, and documentation
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
