Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration and coordination tasks
- Prepare, update, and maintain office records and reports
- Manage data entry and documentation using MS Excel
- Organize files, records, and office documents
- Support basic IT-related office work and computer operations
- Handle emails, basic correspondence, and office communication
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reports)
- Basic computer and IT knowledge
- Good typing and documentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
