Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant will support daily office operations in a paint-related company by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with sales and operations teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow. The role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative work
  • Maintain records of sales, purchases, stock, and invoices
  • Prepare and file documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist in billing, data entry, and documentation
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Support management with scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure proper filing systems
  • Assist in maintaining paint shade cards, product catalogs, and samples
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of office area

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or graduate (any stream)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in paint, hardware, or related industry
  • Knowledge of billing software and inventory records
  • Familiarity with paint products, shades, or specifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
