Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls
- Clearly communicate features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Customize pitch based on customer needs.
- Lead Qualification & Follow-ups
- Identify genuine leads and nurture them through follow-up calls.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Provide post-call support when required.
- Record feedback and escalate unresolved issues.
- Vendor Interaction
- Order tracking and dispatch oversight
- Data Entry & Reporting
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer interaction reports.
