We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is focused on maintaining a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment and acting as a coordination point between the management and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being present in the office and welcoming clients, agents, and partners
- Handle office phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages
- Coordinate daily with agents, brokers, and the internal team on ongoing deals
- Monitor and restock basic office supplies and daily essentials as needed
- Take care of overall office organization and hygiene, including workspaces, pantry, and meeting areas
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Sales and the sales team
- Supporting new team members during their onboarding and adaptation, including basic office logistics and orientation
- Providing basic technical support (with laptops, Wi-Fi access, office equipment, and helping with online meetings, conferences)
Documets part:
- Keep all digital and physical files organized and properly maintained
- Prepare and follow up on real estate documents such as Form A, Form B, Form I, MOUs, and related paperwork
- Make sure all documents are properly filled, signed, and stamped before proceeding
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a real estate admin in Dubai
- Good knowledge of RERA forms and real estate documentation
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with basic technology and office equipment (“tech-friendly”)
- Pleasant look and strictly follow a corporate dress code
- Arabic speaker (great advantage)
