We are a limousine company based in Abu Dhabi, looking for a Operations Assistant to join our team.
Position: Operations & Admin Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer communication via CRM system, WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Assist in preparing and submitting government/commercial tenders
- Support basic administrative tasks and company documentation
- Track daily Uber, Yango & direct booking earnings
- Monitor drivers via GPS and report any violations
- Update daily trips, C2C trips, and operational records
- Track vehicle mileage and arrange servicing at approved workshops
- Update Zoho records and organize invoices/payments in Google Drive
- Follow up with workshops, drivers, and candidates
- Ensure cash collection and bank deposits are completed on time
- Handle calls & WhatsApp messages professionally
- Execute all tasks assigned by management accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi
- Proficient in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in customer service or transport/logistics sector is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Social media management experience is an advantage
