  • Office Management: Keeping the office running efficiently, managing general upkeep, and scheduling repairs or maintenance.
  • Administrative Support: Handling mail, emails, filing, data entry, and providing assistance to different departments and management.
  • Supply & Inventory: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies (office, breakroom), and managing vendors.
  • Scheduling & Events: Coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and organizing company events or team-building activities.
  • Communication Hub: Greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and distributing company announcements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
