- Office Management: Keeping the office running efficiently, managing general upkeep, and scheduling repairs or maintenance.
- Administrative Support: Handling mail, emails, filing, data entry, and providing assistance to different departments and management.
- Supply & Inventory: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies (office, breakroom), and managing vendors.
- Scheduling & Events: Coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and organizing company events or team-building activities.
- Communication Hub: Greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and distributing company announcements.
