HIRING FRESHERS IMMEDIATELY – OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are hiring immediately for an experienced Office Administrator to manage day-to-day service operations and coordinate closely with Sales & Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, visitors & coordination with vendors/suppliers
  • Prepare service schedules, track service jobs & procure parts
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, Proforma invoices & system updates
  • Maintain service/job files and manage technicians
  • Support office administration and other service-related duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred); Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineers may apply
  • 0–5 years UAE experience in office administrator or similar role
  • Experience in service industry & Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication & multitasking skills
  • Proficient in computer software & online systems
  • Telesales / Service Advisor experience is an advantage
  • UAE Driving License required
  • Immediate joiners with own visa / NOC only

Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 (based on experience)
Age Preference: 21 – 40 years
Gender: Male
