ACFM, Inc - a Houston area equipment company that specialized in blowers, compressor and vacuum pumps has an excellent career opportunity for a well-rounded individual looking to work in supporting key functions of a small office environment and basic accounting functions.

Job Duties:

Primary job responsibilities include complete handling of invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, new customer and vendor set up, bank entries, support of collections, customer support, and assisting management with reports and basic accounting tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work independently in a small office environment.
  • Looking for candidates that have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Job requires sharp attention to detail and procedures.
  • Experience working in QuickBooks is required.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Experience around basic small business accounting functions
  • Customer service skills are a plus
  • Dependable, reliable professional with a track record of great attendance
  • Must have valid Texas Driver’s License
  • Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen, physical and background investigation
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
