Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, receive and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answer and direct all calls accordingly, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities.
- Monitor office supplies and order supplies accordingly when needed. Monitor and update records and files, and log office expenses and costs.
- Manage the technicians shedule.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience as Front Desk Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD software
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindest
- High School diploma; any additional diploma will be considered as advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
