Office Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, receive and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answer and direct all calls accordingly, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities.
  • Monitor office supplies and order supplies accordingly when needed. Monitor and update records and files, and log office expenses and costs.
  • Manage the technicians shedule.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in English
  • Preferred at least 1 year of experience as Front Desk Representative or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD software (especially Excel and Word)
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindest
  • High School diploma; any additional diploma will be considered as advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
