Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This position requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize Google Suite and other software tools to streamline office processes.
  • Support the team with clerical tasks such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive communication and workflow.

Skills

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or as a Personal assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Most Speak Spanish.
