Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector and be familiar with government portals and documentation related to property sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle DLD (Dubai Land Department) transactions and registrations
  • Manage Oqoodi registrations and updates
  • Process RERA-related documentation and compliance
  • Handle Ejari registration, renewal, and cancellation
  • Coordinate Escrow account documentation and follow-ups
  • Manage Trakheesi permit applications and renewals
  • Prepare and process SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) registrations in DLD
  • Assist with property leasing documentation and tenant file management
  • Coordinate with brokers, clients, and government authorities
  • Maintain and update property files, contracts, and company records
  • Assist in preparing forms, letters, and real estate documentation
  • Ensure proper record keeping for sales and leasing transactions
  • Support the team with administrative and office coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of DLD, Oqoodi, RERA, Ejari, Escrow, and Trakheesi systems
  • Experience in SPA registrations and leasing processes
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience working with a real estate developer or brokerage in Dubai
  • Familiarity with Dubai property regulations and documentation procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
