About NTS

NTS (Nye Technical Services) is a growing low-voltage systems company known for high-quality work and strong internal operations. As we scale, we’re looking for a dependable, organized Office Administrator / Executive Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and support executive priorities.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being the person who keeps the day moving. You’ll handle core office admin functions, help with small day-to-day tasks, and provide general support to an executive.

This position begins part-time (2–3 days/week) and has clear room to grow into:

  • Full-time Office Administrator
  • Full Executive Assistant responsibilities
  • Other internal roles aligned to your strengths (coordination, scheduling, operations support, etc.)
What You’ll Do
  • Open, sort, and route mail ; flag time-sensitive items.
  • File paperwork and keep physical records organized and easy to locate.
  • Scan documents and upload/save them correctly with consistent file naming.
  • Answer inbound phone calls as needed and route messages to the right person.
  • Assist with office errands (e.g., bank runs, drop-offs, supply pickups).
  • Help respond to emails or assist with inbox organization/routing as requested.
  • Organize the office (supplies, common areas, basic office upkeep and organization).
  • Support small admin tasks as needed (simple scheduling support, document prep, reminders, coordination).
  • Provide general executive assistance (notes, reminders, follow-ups, coordination).
  • Light bookkeeping support as needed (organizing receipts, preparing deposit paperwork, basic invoice/document sorting, simple tracking logs).
What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves
  • Extremely organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
  • Comfortable with everyday tools: email, calendars, scanners, PDFs, spreadsheets, and shared folders.
  • Professional and discreet with sensitive information.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to run occasional local errands.
  • Able to work on-site in Harmony (this is not a remote role).
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in an admin, receptionist, coordinator, or executive assistant role.
  • Comfort handling light bookkeeping tasks (receipts, deposits, basic tracking).
  • Experience building simple office systems (filing standards, document organization, checklists).

  • Calls and messages are handled professionally and routed quickly.
  • The office stays organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
  • The executive and office team feel consistently supported and “ahead of the day.”
