Responsibilities:
General office duties include billing, daily sales, payment processing, creating reports, title work, entering and categorizing receipts. Quick Books, general accounting and prior dealership experience is a huge plus.

  • Answering phones – The office administrator is the first and primary voice and point of contact for all incoming calls and during our busy season we receive a lot of calls! Must be able to think quickly, direct/answer as needed, and in a fun/friendly manner.
  • Rental Reservations – Utilize our reservation system for online and phone call reservations.
  • Submitting Accounts Payables to our accountants
  • Assist with monthly storage customers billings
  • Process titles for new and used boats

Skills:
Basic computer/office equipment skills (typing, computer, copier, fax machine)

  • Strong customer service and telephone communications skills
  • Upbeat and friendly personality
  • Self-motivated

  • Team Player
  • Must be able to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Quick Books and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities.
