Assist our busy construction company part-time on weekday mornings

Available during weekdays for part time office work?
We may be looking for YOU to support our day-to-day operations in Warminster.
You’d be handling incoming inquiries, vendor requests, tracking orders and maintaining our records as well as staying on top of the day-to-day needs of the business.
Exact schedule is adaptable, but mostly mornings. This would rarely include weekends or evenings.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors and our team
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records including contracts, invoices and project documentation. This includes Quickbooks Online entries and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids and other relevant documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and trackingQualifications
- Monitor and maintain social media and other marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, recognize needs, and manage your own time efficiently
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook 365 calendar and email
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is required. We will train you on our specific QB customizations.
