Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and administrative support, with the ability to effectively oversee daily operations. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office functionality and supporting various departments.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting.
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics for company functions.
  • Supervise office staff and provide training & development support.
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiations and contract management.
  • Maintain accurate records through effective filing systems and bookkeeping practices.
  • Assist with human resources tasks, including payroll processing and employee onboarding.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and budgeting purposes.
  • Provide clerical support, including answering multi-line phone systems and front desk duties.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or related fields, with a focus on office management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
  • Experience in event planning, vendor management, and budgeting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Background in medical office management is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
