*Overview*
We are looking for a dependable and organized Temporary Office Administrator to support operations during a busy project window (8–11 weeks). This role plays a key part in keeping scheduling, communication, and job tracking on point.
*Responsibilities*
- Answer phones, emails, and handle general inquiries
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with field crews and project managers
- Track project progress, including installation schedules and completion status
- Maintain and organize job files, contracts, and permits
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members
- Support reporting and documentation for ongoing projects
*Requirements*
- Office/admin experience required (construction preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
- Reliable and able to work 6 days/week
- Detail-oriented and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
