What You’ll Do:
As our Office Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly. Your day will involve scheduling inspections, communicating with clients and vendors, completing final inspection forms, and supporting our appraisers with administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with a small team and have real ownership over your role.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Scheduling Inspections: Coordinate property inspection dates with appraisers, vendors, and clients—keeping everyone in the loop.
- Vendor Communication: Send out assignment details, answer vendor questions, and follow up on progress as needed.
- Filling Out Inspection Forms: Accurately complete final inspection reports based on field notes and input from appraisers.
- Day-to-Day Admin: Handle email correspondence, data entry, scanning, filing, and other office support tasks.
- Client Interaction: Confirm appointments, answer basic questions, and provide updates on appraisal statuses.
- Workflow Tracking: Keep tabs on appraisal assignments to make sure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Team Support: Pitch in wherever needed—we’re a small team, and we all help each other out.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- 1–2 years of office or administrative experience (real estate or appraisal industry is a bonus, but not required)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage your own workflow
- Friendly, professional, and a good team player
- Comfortable working full-time, on-site in a small office setting
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience with real estate or appraisal-related systems
- Familiarity with vendor coordination or scheduling tools
