Office Administrator

Office Administrator - Monett, MO

Dedicated is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations at our Monett, MO office. This role is critical in keeping the office running efficiently, supporting field crews and supervisors, and ensuring smooth communication between the office and management.

This position requires someone who is proactive, dependable, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities while maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & Organization

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment at all times
  • Manage office supplies and ensure materials are stocked and accessible
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions of the office

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare and complete DocuSign onboarding documents for new hires
  • Ensure all employee paperwork is accurate and complete (IDs, tax forms, etc.)
  • Maintain organized digital and physical employee records
  • Communicate with management to confirm onboarding details before sending documents

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Assist with scheduling crews, supervisors, and job assignments
  • Coordinate with field teams to confirm schedules and availability
  • Help track attendance and communicate scheduling updates or changes
  • Support operational logistics to ensure jobs are properly staffed

Communication & Support

Serve as a communication link between:

  • Field crews
  • Supervisors
  • Dedicated management
  • Relay important updates, issues, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Assist in resolving minor operational questions and escalating issues when needed

Compliance & Accuracy

  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Follow company procedures and administrative processes

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with:
  • Email and basic computer systems
  • Google Docs/Sheets (or similar)
  • DocuSign or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
