Office Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Administrator to support daily office operations and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is essential in managing administrative functions, handling incoming calls, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide high-quality customer support and respond to client inquiries promptly
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, record maintenance, and data entry
  • Support management and team members with administrative and operational tasks
  • Utilize office software and internal systems to maintain accurate information and workflows

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

  • Strong knowledge of computers and office software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior experience with LMN, RealGreen, or similar industry programs is strongly encouraged
  • Prior experience in book keeping
  • Knowledge of landscaping services or prior experience in account management is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
