Human Resources:

  • Support the recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, contracts, renewals, etc.).
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance data.
  • Handle employee relations and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support performance appraisal and disciplinary procedures.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment procurement.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate with service providers.
  • Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation for employees (if applicable).
  • Prepare letters, memos, and administrative reports as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for HR and admin documents.
  • Support management with various administrative tasks and special projects
