Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator for an on-site role based in Dubai. The Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office equipment and supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting leadership with scheduling and correspondence. The individual will also serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications and ensure a high level of customer service excellence.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Ability to handle and maintain Office Equipment and other operational resources effectively
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and manage inquiries
  • Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required ; additional language skills are a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certification in business administration is preferred.
