Job Title: Female Admin Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Admin with 3–5 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out or Construction industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, email correspondence, documentation, coordination, and ad hoc reporting while supporting management and project teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all administrative tasks and office coordination activities.
- Draft, respond to, and manage daily emails and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports and other business documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems for company records, project documents, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.
- Prepare ad hoc reports, data entries, and administrative summaries as required.
- Assist in procurement documentation, LPOs, invoices, and project-related paperwork.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reception-related tasks when needed.
- Support HR and accounts departments with basic administrative coordination.
- Always ensure confidentiality and proper documentation management.
Requirements
- Female candidate with 3–5 years of administrative experience in an Interior Fit-Out or Construction company in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and office management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare reports and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai construction/fit-out documentation processes is an advantage.
- Previous experience or basic knowledge in accounting will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
