WE ARE HIRING A OFFICE ADMIN TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN DUBAI. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
MANAGE OFFICE DOCUMENTS, FILES, AND RECORDS
HANDLE DATA ENTRY AND MAINTAIN DATABASES
ANSWER PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, AND INQUIRIES
ACT AS A POINT OF CONTACT BETWEEN STAFF, CLIENTS, AND MANAGEMENT
ASSIST ACCOUNTANT WITH ATTENDANCE, RECORDS AND BASIC ACCOUNTS.
MAINTAIN PROPER FILING AND ENSURE DOCUMENTS ARE STORED SECURELY
QUALIFICATIONS: ANY BACHELOR DEGREE.
