Bay Country Painters is hiring an Office Administrator in Severna Park, MD. Pay is $20 to $25 per hour plus benefits. You will manage accounts payable, schedule estimates for salespeople, and keep the office moving for a painting company that has served Maryland for over 40 years.

Who You Are:

• You are personable and customer service oriented, easy to talk to whether it is a painter, a vendor, or a homeowner.
• You love keeping an office organized and running smoothly.
• You bring a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, and you can commute to our Severna Park, MD office.
• You bring the ability to work full-time on site.
• You bring experience in an HR or office setting (strongly preferred), and home service or contractor office experience is a plus.
• You bring comfort with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online preferred), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Receive, code, and enter accounts payable invoices, then reconcile vendor statements.
• Administer 401k, health, and dental benefits and complete new hire paperwork.
• Answer phones, schedule estimator appointments, and take leads.
• Maintain and order office supplies.
• Maintain customer files.
