Administrative Assistant / Admin Officer – Construction Company
Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced, organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our growing construction and maintenance company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration
- Prepare quotations, invoices and reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients and site teams
- Manage company documents, filing and correspondence
- Submit project documents online through government and client portals
- Follow up on permits, approvals, contracts and company records
- Support management with daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a construction company is a must
- Knowledge of online submission systems for construction/project documentation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- English speaking required
- UAE driving license is an advantage
