Administrative Assistant / Admin Officer – Construction Company
Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced, organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our growing construction and maintenance company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administration
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients and site teams
  • Manage company documents, filing and correspondence
  • Submit project documents online through government and client portals
  • Follow up on permits, approvals, contracts and company records
  • Support management with daily operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a construction company is a must
  • Knowledge of online submission systems for construction/project documentation
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • English speaking required
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
