About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator & Assistant to manage daily office operations and support Machinery equipment dealership, real estate and legal activities. This is a full-time role ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, tech savvy, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and making phone calls professionally
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Organizing documents, files, and office workflow
- Assisting with paperwork, online forms, and scheduling
- Communicating with tenants, contractors, and real estate professionals
- Posting and managing real estate listings online
- Reviewing rental applications
- Paying invoices and monitoring utilities/bills
- Conducting online research related to real estate and legal tasks
- Occasional photo and video editing
- Light content posting and social media involvement
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc.
- Basic photo/video editing skills a plus
- Ability to multitask and follow through independently
- Previous experience in real estate, legal, or office administration preferred
- Must be reliable, professional, and discreet
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
