Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office activities and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, records, and filing systems (digital & physical).

Data Management & Reporting

  • Handle large datasets and prepare detailed reports using Advanced Excel.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and business reports.

Coordination & Support Tasks

  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support HR, Finance, and other teams with documentation and data entry.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial records (if required).
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level).
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in data reporting, MIS, or office coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP or office management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
