Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office activities and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, and filing systems (digital & physical).
Data Management & Reporting
- Handle large datasets and prepare detailed reports using Advanced Excel.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers.
- Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
- Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business reports.
Coordination & Support Tasks
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support HR, Finance, and other teams with documentation and data entry.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial records (if required).
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level).
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in data reporting, MIS, or office coordination roles.
- Familiarity with ERP or office management software.
