Pathways Consulting is a well-established behavioral health practice in Kenosha dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator who thrives in a collaborative, client-centered environment and wants to play a meaningful role in helping our office run smoothly. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide support as you grow in medical billing and administrative skills. This role requires the ability to interact with clients in a compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental manner, supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and identities. This is a full-time position.

Client Support & Front Desk
Office Operations
Billing & Insurance
