Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator / Case Manager to join our team. This vital role combines office management on a daily basis with our case coordination services as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in office management and experience as a leader in a office setting. This position must be self-driven with excellent organizational skills and office acumen.
Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized, welcoming and efficient work environment
- Support upper management in an administrative capacity
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate and manage client cases, ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the transition process.
- Provide training, create resources & development opportunities to enhance team performance
- Organize company events and handle miscellaneous clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation
- Other administrative duties as assigned

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- May involve occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 20 lbs)
- Requires valid drivers license
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
