Overview
Navy to Navy Homes is a fast-paced real estate and property management company looking for a highly organized, dependable Office Administrator to serve as the backbone of our daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a utility player, helping multiple departments, and keeping an office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and office visitors
- Support real estate sales and property management teams with administrative tasks
- Prepare and process leases, renewals, addendums, and management agreements
- Coordinate, keys, lockboxes, inspections, and vendor communication
- Enter and maintain accurate data in AppFolio and CRM systems
- Manage files, mail, office supplies, and general office operations
- Assist with listings, basic marketing, and lead follow-up
- Ensure transactions and sales files are complete for bookkeeping
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or office administration preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy office
- Tech-savvy with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Reliable, proactive, and professional
Important Notes
- This is not a remote role
- A real estate license is not required
- This position does not involve selling or managing properties

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
