BluGuard Security is a growing Colorado-based security company specializing in alarm systems, access control, and video surveillance. We’re looking for a reliable, organized Office Administrator / Client Operations Coordinator to help manage day-to-day office and client operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with customers, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Answering phones and responding to customer emails
- Scheduling service calls and installations
- Sending service request forms, proposals, and invoices
- Following up on deposits, approvals, and paperwork
- Coordinating with technicians and sales staff
- Updating customer information and job notes
- Light invoicing and payment tracking
- Keeping internal systems and calendars organized
- Providing daily status updates to ownership
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone & email)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing
- Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Basic computer skills (email, documents, scheduling tools)
Experience in construction, trades, security, or office administration is a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time afternoon hours
- $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday schedule
