Office Administrator cum Accountant

Administrative Duties

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) professionally
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical records)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

Microsoft Excel & Word Tasks

  • Maintain and update data in Excel (records, expenses)
  • Draft documents, letters, and reports using MS Word
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper formatting

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
  • Record daily transactions (expenses, invoices, payments)
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on receivables

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word (documentation, formatting)
  • Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, ledgers, reconciliation)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
