Administrative Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) professionally
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical records)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Microsoft Excel & Word Tasks
- Maintain and update data in Excel (records, expenses)
- Draft documents, letters, and reports using MS Word
- Ensure data accuracy and proper formatting
Accounting & Finance Support
- Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
- Record daily transactions (expenses, invoices, payments)
- Prepare invoices and follow up on receivables
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (documentation, formatting)
- Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, ledgers, reconciliation)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
