Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate scheduling for staff, vendors, and service appointments using calendar management tools to ensure optimal time utilization.
- Dispatch service requests or deliveries promptly by communicating effectively with field teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, training sessions, or community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Contribute to team management by supporting training & development efforts and fostering a collaborative work environment through effective communication.
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent schedule management skills to coordinate multiple calendars seamlessly.
- Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions and multi-line phone systems.
- Experience in event planning, training & development activities to support team growth initiatives.
- Ability to handle filing systems efficiently—digital or physical—and maintain accurate records.
- Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
