We are a fast-paced towing and roadside assistance company committed to providing reliable, professional service to our customers. We’re looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator / Dispatcher to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and dispatch drivers to service calls efficiently
- Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and partner organizations
- Track and update job status in dispatch software
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and customer information
- Handle basic office duties (filing, emails, invoicing, data entry)
- Monitor GPS systems and coordinate routes for efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service in high-pressure situations
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching or administrative experience preferred, but will train if need be (towing/logistics is a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, dispatch software)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Availability for flexible hours (including nights/weekends if needed)
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
