Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator with solid experience in document clearing services in the UAE. The role involves handling government-related documentation, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and follow up on document clearing (visa, labor, immigration, trade license, etc.)
- Coordinate with government entities (MOHRE, Immigration, DED, etc.)
- Prepare, review, and submit official documents accurately and on time
- Maintain records, files, and tracking systems for all applications
- Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding documentation status
- Handle office administration tasks (emails, calls, scheduling, correspondence)
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UAE document clearing services (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of government portals and procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have own visa (preferred)
Preferred:
- Experience as PRO or Admin in UAE
- Familiarity with typing centers / Tasheel / Amer systems
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
