Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales and leasing teams.
- Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare and organize essential real estate documents (Forms, listing agreements, tenancy contracts, etc.).
- Manage property listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and the company CRM.
- Create and update marketing materials, property flyers, and online listing descriptions.
- Maintain and update databases, trackers, and property inventory records.
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with clients, agents, and landlords.
- Assist with onboarding of new agents and documentation submission.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and listing standards.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, petty cash handling, stationery control, and basic HR support.
- Communicate with developers, landlords, and tenants for follow-ups and document submission.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous UAE experience in a real estate administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate processes and RERA documentation.
- Experience with property portals and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented demeanor.
