Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient female Office Administrator to join our academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the academy, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
  • Manage student admissions processes, including handling inquiries, maintaining student records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and faculty, providing information and addressing queries.
  • Assist in coordinating class schedules, faculty meetings, and workshops.
  • Maintain and update student and staff attendance records.
  • Organize and maintain office documentation, including filing systems, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement when needed.
  • Assist with handling fee payments, generating invoices, and managing petty cash.
  • Support faculty with administrative tasks and provide assistance with classroom materials and technology needs.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, students, and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in office administration, academic administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
