Office Administrator - Female

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to manage daily office operations and support the management team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, coordinate office activities, maintain records, and provide operational support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Maintain office documents, records, and filing systems.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.

Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents when required.

Assist with procurement of office supplies and inventory management.

Support HR tasks such as onboarding documentation and employee records.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics if required.

Ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and professional.

Assist management with administrative and operational support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

2+ years experience in administration or office management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with office management systems or CRM software.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
