Location: Kuwait Al shuwaikh
Visa Requirement: 18 (Normal Visa – Transferable Only)
Hiring From: Inside Kuwait Only

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documents
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Support HR and management with documentation and employee records
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks (invoices, petty cash, etc.)
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Currently residing in Kuwait
  • Visa 18 (Normal/Transferable)
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ready to join immediately or on short notice
  • Arabic reading and writing is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 2years: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
