We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator with fit-out industry experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration
Coordinate with suppliers & subcontractors
Prepare LPOs, invoices & project documentation
Maintain project files and correspondence
Support PRO coordination and accounts tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a fit-out/interior company
Good knowledge of project documentation
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
UAE experience preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
