Role Overview
Besender is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations and assist with basic finance and operational coordination across the Chino site. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports overall site operations, playing a key part in ensuring smooth office functionality and cross-functional coordination.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including office supplies, coordination, and general support
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing basic communication and front desk support
  • Support basic finance functions such as expense tracking, purchase records, and budget tracking and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain accurate financial and expense records (e.g., logistics, rent, utilities, internet)
  • Assist operations team with project coordination and execution
  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and internal processes
  • Support team engagement activities, including team events and employee programs

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, finance support, or operations support roles
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (AP/AR, expense management, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (bilingual is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and execution
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse or operations-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks)

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
