As our organisation continues to grow locally and internationally, we are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in Malta.


Role purpose

We are looking for a Junior Office Administrator with an HR background to support the coordination and day-to-day operations of our Egypt office.


This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is structured, proactive, and eager to grow within People & Culture and Operations in an international, professional environment.


You will act as a central coordination point within the office, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting HR processes and employee experience.


Working closely with the Local General Manager and the HR Manager , you will gain hands-on exposure to both business operations and HR, building a strong foundation for your career.


Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a professional, well-organised environment
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Act as a first point of contact for administrative and HR-related queries
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain structured filing systems and administrative trackers
  • Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks as required


What you bring

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships included) in HR or administration
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Clear, professional communication in English and Arabic
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
